Virtual staging

Styles available are Modern, Hamptons, Scandinavian and Farmhouse.

Staging is applied to flat HD images. Little Hinges does not offer 360 virtual staging.

If a customer is not happy with the style, Production can restage. A description of the look wanted, or a reference image, helps.

Virtual decluttering

Floorplan Redraws

For floor plan redraws, we charge $40 per floorplan, delivered next business day. Redraws are done to your branding guidelines.

HD compared with DSLR

HD images are extracted from the 3D capture, so the available angles are limited to the points the scanner captured. DSLR is a separate professional photography pass, which gives the photographer freedom of movement and composition, producing a more architectural style with wider framing and detail shots.

For standard residential listings HD is usually sufficient. DSLR suits higher-end properties.

360 virtual staging
Filmed videography. The $40 property video is an edited gallery-style product, not filmed video
Architectural concept renderings or fit-out visualisations

Customers who have their own renderings can have them embedded in the virtual tour using Mattertags.
