Amendments and quality issues

Amendments to delivered assets are free where the asset does not meet standard.

Requests can be made by replying to the "Your Assets Are Ready" delivery email, by emailing production@littlehinges.com.au, by calling 1300 266 588, or through the amendment request form in the portal.

Amendments handled routinely include:

• Floorplan scale, orientation, and legend placement
• Alternative or wider facade and front exterior angles
• Additional image angles from the existing capture
• Restaging in a different style, or adding an item to a staged image
• Correcting agency branding, logo or watermark
• File naming, and low-resolution or high-resolution versions
• QR code format and dimensions

Standing preferences

Customers who want all future jobs delivered a particular way, for example floorplans always in portrait or files always supplied in both resolutions, can have that saved against their profile by Production.

What amendments cannot fix

If an area of the property was never captured, editing cannot produce it. That needs a revisit.

Because HD images are extracted from the 3D capture, the angles available are limited to the scan positions. Customers wanting wider or more deliberately composed shots need a DSLR upgrade or a revisit rather than re-editing.
