The customer portal and magic links

The portal is at openhouse.littlehinges.com.au. It shows upcoming bookings, past bookings and all delivered assets, and customers can make new bookings from it.

There are no usernames or passwords. Little Hinges uses magic links.

• A magic link is single use. Once it has been used it will not work again, and a new one is issued on request.
• Portal access can be given to anyone at an agency. We need their name, email and phone number.

Downloading assets

Photos and floorplans can be downloaded from the portal in branded and unbranded versions. The portal also lets customers choose whether to download images with or without their agency watermark.

Agency logo and branding on floorplans is set against each customer profile. If branding is wrong or out of date, Production can update the profile.

Virtual tours are live links

The Matterport 3D tour is a hosted live link and cannot be downloaded as a file. To use it on a CRM or website, the customer copies the tour URL.
